Kerry Bradbury
Kerry has a bachelor’s degree in environmental studies and anthropology from the University of Waterloo, she is a licensed Real Estate professional with One Percent Realty and has a passion for helping people discover the best place for them to Thrive. Kerry is a great listener and, knowing that the way we interact with our surroundings impacts how we live our lives, she seeks to understand each person’s individual needs and desires. As requirements evolve Kerry is ready to assist with each stage of life, whether this means redesigning a current space, or finding a new place that better fits changing demands.
Kerry and her husband Mathew have lived in the Hamilton and Niagara area for the past 23 years returning there after community health work took them to Asia. She is the proud Mom of three adult children who have each followed unique paths with their individual talents and abilities. Kerry has enjoyed volunteering at her church administratively and hosting groups. When not at work, Kerry enjoys curling up with a hot mug of tea and a good book, spending time on the farm with family and friends, and with her horse Honey and Jack the donkey.

Mathew really loves Kerry and their adult kids... yes there's more:
"I love serving people. I lead Thrive In Place to help make lasting change for our clients, increasing hope and participation in the best parts of living – supporting every ability. I am an encourager, helper, and mobilizer. I crave the collaborative input of other experts to make life-enhancing dreams come true.
Story: While managing a Residential Program in 1991, I began leading significant access changes to existing homes. After three years of consulting to help grow multiple Silver Cross locations, Kerry and I opened our own business in Hamilton, helping people thrive with Residential Lifts (Porch Lifts, Stairlifts, Ceiling lifts), Home Healthcare equipment, and custom mobility devices (wheelchairs, scooters, walkers).
I leverage my extensive training and experience in supporting seniors, families, people with ‘exceptional needs’ (developmental disabilities), and in Organizational leadership.
I refresh with time alone, mainly, infused with adventure and using my hands, as a tech nerd - I enjoy building custom bicycles. Kerry and I love time together, hospitality, exercising in the form of cycling and other adventures.
I speak Nepali, love good coffee & food from around the world. I smile when cooking, eating, and sharing the ‘table’ with others. I believe we are created for a life full of joy and hope, made richer by practicing compassion and mercy – possible with the leading and help of our loving God.
